Welcome, I’m Lauren.
I am a Sexuality Clinican, Occupational Therapist & Somatic Sexologist.
I support individuals living with disability, chronic illness, or injury to re/connect with their sexual health, function identity, and expression in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and affirming.
I work with clients across Australia, offering both NDIS-funded and private 1:1 interventions, as well as consultancy and training for organisations. My practice is deeply inclusive, trauma-informed, and specific to each person’s unique circumstances, goals, and values. I pride myself on sex-positive approaches that provide support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, gender affirmation and neurodivergence.
My journey into this work began with a strong desire to address the significant gaps in sexual health, relationship education and disability. I found that the NDIS clients I was supporting had no idea I could support them with their sexual health/function, often being unsure/fearful to bring this topic up at all. It was during these sessions that I realised my skills as an OT and further study into sexology could be a game changer for sexuality support and my clients.
So here I am, a Sexuality Clinician and Occupational Therapist, I focus on enabling people to do what matters most to them—whether that’s fostering independence, deepening connections, or addressing challenges related to intimacy. I provide practical strategies, tools, and education to support you on your journey toward living fully and authentically.
